Only one person at counter, end of really long day and had a really long wait to get checked in. Room felt like a five mile walk to get to it. No room service after 9:30pm. Most are open until at least 11pm.

Did not seem crowded although it was almost full to capacity. Very nice pool and breakfast buffet.

People were nice todeal with and quickly helped me each time I needed them. Price was reasonable.
Little noisy in my room facing the freeway.

It was close to the activity that we had gone to Pasco for.
The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are old but clean but it really needs to be remodeled. The elevator is old also. The bed is good and that is very important to us. The don't HGTV on there TV choices. I didn't use sevices/facilities. I think most hotels are out of line price wise.

NO RESTAURANT WAS OPEN ON THE SUNDAY AT THE HOTEL
