Accomodations were as advertised unlike other hotels we stayed at.

This was an OUTSTANDING experience! The hotel is in a beautiful location...right on the waterfront! The staff were polite and helpful, the service was excellent, and the food at the Moonraker was sooooo good!

Convenient to San Francisco and close to beach.

The Pacific Ocean pounding surf against the rocks lulled us to sleep at night. The view in the daytime was breath-taking!

NO A/C in a $200/night hotel - we were HOT one night even with an electric fan blowing air toward our beds - this is the FIRST Best Western I have booked that had NO A/C! For $200/night - this is unacceptable.

The room was clean and the chambermaids were friendly, professional, and hard working. Food was excellent but far too expensive.

Yes, you have a multi-million dollar facility but you run it like a Motel 6 in terms of number of managers, security personnel, and staff. You should have a full time senior manager at the front desk area from 7:30-9:30 AM 3-6 PM each day, INCLUDING SATURDAYS, to welcome guests, converse with them, and offer to help them move in and out. You also need to have a friendly, professional, reassuring security guard, in uniform, walking about the floors, the parking garages, etc. every few hours, including during the night. Your facility is grossly under-protected. IT is in a high crime and deviance area. It is a disaster waiting to happen. t.p. schwartz sociologist and professor 401-397-6700

Loved the view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful getting us to the Bart train and any other questions we had. We would definitely stay here again

We weren't very impressed with the Moonraker restaurant. We felt the portions were small for the price we paid.

The booking was not quite thriving, we have shown with two older children to travel is booked two queen beds. Upon arrival it was a room with a bed! The receptionist has changed to a larger room with sofa bed. A great room, very well at the end of the corridor. No price adjustment.

The breakfast was disappointing, you had at the reception due to renovation of the restaurant. However, there was no work and there were also guests for a conference who had just one breakfast. Why could not we sit down? The breakfast was not what we like and since you should book a hotel name, you expect that.
