The room was comfortable and reasonably spacious; the staff pleasantly helpful. Location is excellent and parking a great benefit.
Our only reservation was the rather long trek through a labyrinth of corridors to get to our room. If we stay again, we'll definitely request a room nearer to reception!

No minibar and only English TV channels.

Its location and the friendly helpfulness of junior staff
When we returned to the hotel at 3.30pm, having been out since 11.0am, the room had not been done. The food arrangements were awful. I am writing a formal complaint and will not be using the hotel again. An unknown couple, who were at reception when I complained to the receptionist while checking out, said exactly the same.

Good size rooms - comfortable beds - Very useful for us as our 10 year old daughter can be accommodated on a "chair bed" or similar in the same room. Some communication problems where we said we needed this (on two separate occasions), but wasn't initially in our room. No problem though as within minutes of us reporting this, it was set it up for us.It was very hot in the room, and the lady who set the bed up suggested we could have an electric fan, and organised this for us - we really needed it as well! Staff on Reception, and those looking after the rooms are all pleasant, helpfull and friendly; they make you feel welcome.

The room was so hot! The towel rail was permanently very hot - you had to be careful sitting on the loo. Couldn't see how to turn the towel rail off.Electric fan really helped, but even when it was colder outside, the room was still hot. We had opened the window as far as we could too.
