Excellent service from staff. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and great stay

Although our stay was only a weekend break we found the hotel & staff very pleasant, room clean & comfortable. The location was very convenient for us to see Norwich by day & night.

Everything excellent,except that when we asked for sandwiches at lunchtime it was made clear to us that this would be inconvenient to the catering staff.

Perfectly ok - but sadly nothing special and had several easily fixable problems - extractor in bathroom which wouldn't turn off, and heating coming on much too early in the morning. Room was nicely spacious, but tv was small and channel selection was dull and radio stations very limited - why no Radio 3?

Should provide more Free TV channel as part of hotel stay charges.
