The proximity to the venue I was attending.The shower was great, the bed was great.
The couch was filthy and stained, as was the chair. The chair rolled so freely that it was almost dangerous to sit down.

Roomy, had a fire place.
No shampoo, no hair dryer and not enough towels. Should get at least 4 daily, some people like to take more than ne shower a day.

The beds were too hard and the jacuzzi was not working.

The price was right. Hotel was within walking distance to aquarium, bridge and bayfront. Clean, comfortable.
Campgroung right under patio door. Breakfast was just a box of Costco muffins. Wifi did not work. Staff unavailable most of the time.
