We stayed at the Monte Carlo Inn Airport Suites on April 19th, 2016 during a stop over at the Pearson Airport. We availed of the free shuttle to/from the airport which added to the value of the hotel room. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and beds comfortable. A great value for $96.00 per night; will definitely consider here again when doing an overnight at Pearson Airport.

Personnel aimable. Chambre propre et confortable.
Peut-être un peu bruyant entre les chambres. À deux heures du matin, nous entendions l'occupant de la chambre voisine prendre une douche.

Everything was to my liking. This is my second time staying at a Monte Carlo Inn; Vaughan location and of course this last time at the Mississauga (Airport) location. I like the decor of the hotel and the design and the service is excellent; very friendly staff.
Not the hotel per say but at this stay, I sat in the bar and ordered Calamari and it was very stale. It seemed as if it was heated in the microwave as opposed to freshly made (freshly fried) That was very disappointing as over all the food that I order through room service has always been good.

They "upgrade" the first dirty room to a "clean" room. I thought an upgrade might be something a bit more upscale.
The first room as dirty and smelly.

Breakfast.
The 37" TV is not so clear, and it is very hard to change setting, eg, cannot remove the close caption feature. So I watch the TV programs blocked by CC for 5 nights.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
