The A/C unit sounded like an ice maker in our room.... very noisy

I stayed for a long stretch of days, and thoroughly enjoyed interactions with the staff the whole time, especially the ladies who clean rooms -- they are terrific.
The back door to the parking lot is open all the time -- I think the latch is broken. I used the door a couple of times a day, and never had to use my room key.
