Friendly and nice staffs. There was a lady manager.when i stayed there. Such a sweetheart and hearted person.
I came from losangeles,california. Had some work there in new orleans so i found this hotel from my hotel finder app.
The lady maager arranged me a cab to get back to my work place for advance morning. Which was so great.
I wil again come to new orleans probably end of may. And definately i am coming there to stay:)

There was an elevator, a smoking room, and the kitchenette.
Room was outdated, ice machine was on the second floor and we were on the third floor, table only on one side of the bed, and the room was kinda small. And there was a dirty towel hanging on the shower curtain rod in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable for someone with a back like mine, but would probably be ok for others.

Privacy and convenience
There was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower. It was sitting on top of the open shower curtain and when I moved the shower curtain it fell. Kinda gross.

This hotel lost internet during the stay and never got it fixed. Very disappointed!

Location and price.
The receptionist, there was one young female she was aggressive disrespectfull, almost offensive. It appear to be that she was making me a favor allowing me to check in.
There was another young lady that she was uncomfortable with the way I was treated.
At checkout a guy by the name of Kevin ws also uncomfortable with my request af a final bill and he denied it to me.

Got very BAD bed bug bites--ended up in the emergency room after I got home. The doctor said it was the worst case he had ever seen. Also, not clean, bad smells and loud. Avoid at all costs.
