As i attended the Pioneer Network conference, the rooms in which presentations were held were most adequate and the tech support was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced a conference during which tech persons entered each room prior to presentation to check all equipment and access to each presentation power point and/or video. What a pleasure!
