The breakfast was great, my partner had an omelet that was out of this world. The bed was comfortable and the staff was always pleasant.
I wish the hotel had in room safes to be able to lock up personal belongings.

THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE.
THE WOMAN AT THE DESK MADE ME WAIT 1 HOUR BEFORE I COULD CHECK IN THEN TOO PEOPLE BEFORE ME WHEN SHE KNEW I WAS WAITING PATIENTLY. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT AND THE PRICE FOR BREAKFAST WAS TO HIGH FOR SOME EGGS, ORANGE JUICE AND BACON.

Staff was rude/ had to pay to leave car while flying/ shuttle to airport wasn't working/ manager at front deck was extremely rude/ elevator wasn't working properly/

Fridige and microwave in the room. Good size room very nicely set up. Staff were nice and accomidating.
Very minor. Bathtub spout and shower head were loose and leaked when in use. Crackerjacks from snack shop were too stale to eat. Could have been a big problem - I didn't get my wake up call. Fortunately I woke up on my own, but if I missed my flight it would have cost me a lot to rebook.
