The number of dining venues, the conference space and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We only stayed over night prior to flying out to Jamaica the following morning. We found the staff to be very helpful at check in and explaining the procedures for parking the vehicle in your lot for the few days we were away. Having that parking conveyance was so helpful in making the trip.

Everyone was very kind and helpful.

After a more than 20-hour flight from Myanmar, it was wonderful to be able to relax in a clean, quiet, comfortable place with a friendly staff. That I was able to use my Rewards Points to pay for most of it was the icing o the cake.

It's a bit off the beaten track, but I really had no complaints,

I was riding with friends and was given the wrong hotel information. 10 minutes after I booked my reservation, I called back to cancel. I was then told that my money was nonrefundable! I was assuming I was talking to someone in the Marriott chain, not a third-party. I am a retired schoolteacher and do not have extra money to waste. I was told that a manager would need to make that decision, but no one was there at the time. I was told that someone would get back to me within 72 hours. I did receive an email the next day stating that my deposit was nonrefundable. I am so upset that I was not dealing with the actual hotel chain and was not told that and I was not told about my money being non-refundable! This is an absolute disgrace!
