Quality Inn & Suites Liberty Lake - Spokane Valley

Judy at the front counter went over and above to help my daughter get into a room after her vehicle brokedown nearby. With some nice effprt on her part my daughter was allowed into her room and was safe until i could get there later that evening. Judy was so helpful, she made what was a difficult situation, more manageable in my time of need. She and the other staff members were very helpful with local information and accomadating, making sure we both had everything we needed to be comfortable. Thanks again goes to Judy at the front desk. She made what could have been a bad siruation a much more enjoyable experience.

Lacking routine maintenance. TV channels not working properly, only 5 available.

We were given an upgrade by a very friendly staff member.

Hotel great but taxes and service charges were very high, close to 20%.

It was convient to my Mom's assisted living home.

Breakfast was a bust. Poor selection of deluxe "sunday breakfast". We were her 5 nights so you need to add fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese or even cream cheese for bagle-toast-muffin. The coffee was bad and it just did not work. If you are going to serve a Continental breakfast in the am during the week you need a fruit - juice is fine but that is all there is please make the coffee better and serve real creamer or half-n-half, fake creamer is really below standard. The elevator during the entire stay did not work, so the bags up three floors was really a pain, great for exercise, poor for expectations. Pool- chlorine smell was overpowering! even on the third floor. Please do something about the venting of the pool smells, it is not pleasant to come into the lobby and such a powerful smell. Very poor first impression.

The room was very clean and clean next day very will, we would come again.

I thought the towels were not very white but were clean, not big deal but you asked i will return.
