Friendliness of all personnel.. Very enjoyable stay. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the beautiful pool. We do understand you cannot control the weather. Smiles!! We did find other entertainment however.

My husband and two granddaughters stayed 5days for the girls spring vacation. It was great! We went to the theater, pool, private beach, The girls loved the arcade and the 24 hour cafe everything we ate there was wonderful so we ate there for breakfast and dinner every day. From the staff at the desk to housekeepers, waitresses, waiters, EVERYONE was wonderful! Thank you everyone at the Avi for a fantastic spring vacation.....see you next year!!

The pool area was great for my grandchildren, the casino was fun but did not pay, the food was pretty good. All in all it was a good stay. Thank you.
