Overall had a great two night stay. Cold windy weather prevented use of the wonderful looking pool. Staff was very good with every one from the waiters in the restaurant to bartenders and front desk personnel. Our room had a nice view of the pool and was very clean and comfortable. We will return for more visits.

The convience of services and the customer service of housekeeping.
It would be nice if there was room service or options for celebrating aniversaries. Such as, champaign and brunch provided in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and nice. Not a luxury room, but more than reasonable for the price. The food at the restaurants was very good, and the coffee was delicious.
One elevator for an entire tower was inadequate in my opinion.

Card members, on Wednesdays gets two for one at the buffet. So Not only was the room great price but the food was great and reasonable.
The only thing that I would really like to see change is people going to the pool with boomboxes playing their music loud. There's a lot of us that go out there just to relax and don't want to hear somebody else's music and may not even really like the style of that music. The hotel security needs to have people turn off their boomboxes at the pool. I can understand it at the beach but not in the pool area.
