Luxurious surroundings and everything at hand.
The hotel was rather cold. Air conditioning was too high and uncomfortable at times to eat inside. Had to buy a warm jersey, also pool area was not opening until ten am, which was a bit late, in my opinion.

Everything. I stay at Island view a lot and it was my favorite till now. Only thing I can stay 2 or 3 nights free and recieve promotions. I did not recieve anything from your resort.
Island View will be more afordable. Will have more money to play with.

Very nice grounds, hotel was clean and staff overall was pleasant.
The casino could have done a better job of crowd control during the drawings. More uniformed security would help.

Everything was in order with the reservation when I arrived although raining the valet was prompt and courteous. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.
