It was a standard bed not great or bad
The first room was full of cigarette smell. the cleaning staff woke me by opening up my door at 8 something in the morning. I did not appreciate that

We had neighbors who made a lot of noise at 11:30 pm. We called the front desk and the person on duty said he had just come on and could hear the noise. He came up and asked them to quiet down. He had to come up a second time - then they did quiet down. We were happy with the end result.
