and substance.

The friendly and helpful staff. Every question was answered to our satisfaction. They were very helpful in suggesting restaurants in the area. They also provide shuttle service to and from the restaurants. The personnel were prompt and courteous.
Nothing wrong with the hotel.

Given it was next to the airport, it was very quiet.
The breakfast room was ok and as I expected for the price range. Better coffee, half and half /cream instead of creamer would have been a nice minor upgrade.

One of our rooms was a disaster. The second night after a funeral we could not get into the room at all at night for 3 hours because of a lock malfunction. Then when they were finally able to open the door, the safety lock was found to be broken, and they had parts on the floor for an hour while repairing that. Instead of a change into comfortable clothes and a quick nap between events, that person had to find another place to sit, in funeral attire, dead tired and unable to get a rest. Also the room was not made up, so when she was able to go into the room, it was a mess.

Clean, quiet, informal
The experience is a bit "blue collar" overall. Patrons in the elevator carying sixpacks, etc. Just a blue collar crowd.

MY STAY ON WEDNESDAY 2/15 WAS VERY GOOD. ROOM VERY NICE AND CLEAN, STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND POLITE.
MY RETURN STAY ON 2/20-21/12 ROOM 102, THE BATH TUB WAS WAS FILTHY, HAD TO PURCHASE TUB MAT, NO TOILET PAPER, HAD TO ASK FOR ROLL
