The location.

I like the comfortable Duna covers on the bed!! so comfy!They are lways very clean! ( and they use real glasses! ( not plastic!)

Liked that it was centrally located and we could walk to restaurants, the Mall, etc. Also, enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool.

Room clean, comfortable and pet friendly.

Not knowing the area at all, it was a little difficult to find. A phone gps helped in the end.

We were very dissappointed

We invited our brother-in-law and his wife to our room before going out for dinner. We wanted to share one drink with them and found there were only 2 glasses in the room. this meant a trip to the front desk for my husband followed by a wait while someone went to yet another area to retrieve 1 glass although we were on the ground floor and the person delivering the glass saw 2 additional people This also meant that as I have dentures and have always used a glass to soak them in over-night if my brother-in-law had not wanted a drink before dinner I would not have been able to even have a glass of water at the bedside should I need a drink in the night. There were also inadequate towels in the room and we are returning in July for two nights and will find another hotel that provides with adequate towels and glasses in all of the years we have traveled I have never seen only 2 glasses in a room for 2 people I have also never broken a glass in a motel nor taken a towel or face cloth from a room

Quiet room away from hwy traffic

Not enough flat-top space (e.g., table) near the door to keep items such as key, purse, hat, etc. handy.

There was an issue with our booking (double booking). The hotel staff upgraded us from a room with a queen bed to a room with a king size bed free of charge.

Our room was in the tower, around the corner from the elevators. There was an issue with noise (almost a hammering sound) when the elevators change direction. This was very loud and very annoying. It was very audible even when we had the tv on and especially loud when all was quiet and we were trying to sleep. Contact front desk and they said they would have someone look into the problem. Was not corrected during our stay, I assume they could not get service on the weekend.

The little girl at the desk knew the Canucks score.
