Everything about it except below
I was in room 401 at 5 am - 6 30 there was something running just below my room that was very noisy not sure what it was for sounded like a generator running.

That it was close to the event we were attending. The rooms are clean and neat.
They charge $18 for self parking in their garage, we did not have a good view, and there was a light in our room that was not working.

I loved the location and the beauty of the hotel.
The garage was connected with the hotel and there was no security. It's was a little creepy for two women alone. The garage elevator was broke and we had to drag our luggage up and down stairs.

We are from the Des Moines Metro area, and always stay at the Hilton President on our visits to KC. In a great location, lots to do, your breakfast is fabulous, clean rooms. And the most friendly staff of anywhere. Always a smile, and it appears you have special training for happy. Keep up the good work, we will continue to stay at your beautiful place and tell everyone we know. Thank you.

The Closeness to the Sprint Center.
Our room was on the 1st level, next to the bar. Music was really loud until 1:00am. We will Suggest room on higher floor next time.
