The valet was more than helpful, quick, and courteous.
The layout of the hotel and separate buildings can be confusing at times. However, the staff was very willing to assist. Other than that I have no complaints

So much to do. friendly staff comfortable inviting

Room was beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful.
LOCATION on beach stupendous.
ABC store the only reliable place for food.
The inefficiency of the check in is inexcusable.
The restaurant concessions are downright insulting!!!!!
Each night a 45 minute wait,with no reservations excepted.PLUS there were tables empty. Poor management!!!!
The property is huge so walking outside of hotel grounds to go to restaurants is a struggle and the process of getting ones car again too much.
This was a nightly annoyance until we found ABC store for picnic style food.

This was our second stay at this resort, it's a great spot to get some rest and relaxation.
We stayed in the Rainbow Tower, the bathroom facilities in our room are in need of repair/replacement (the finish is coming off of the taps and the drains are rusty). Be careful to read the room location descriptions when booking, we thought that we were getting a room with a view of diamond head same as the year before, but on arrival found ourselves on the opposite side of the hotel...still a nice view, just not what we thought we were getting.
