The valet was more than helpful, quick, and courteous.
The layout of the hotel and separate buildings can be confusing at times. However, the staff was very willing to assist. Other than that I have no complaints

So much to do. friendly staff comfortable inviting
We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are trying to figure out how we can return.

Room was beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful.
LOCATION on beach stupendous.
ABC store the only reliable place for food.
The inefficiency of the check in is inexcusable.
The restaurant concessions are downright insulting!!!!!
Each night a 45 minute wait,with no reservations excepted.PLUS there were tables empty. Poor management!!!!
The property is huge so walking outside of hotel grounds to go to restaurants is a struggle and the process of getting ones car again too much.
This was a nightly annoyance until we found ABC store for picnic style food.

这是我们第二次留在这个度假胜地，这是一个好地方好好休息和放松。
我们在彩虹塔斜拉桥，在我们的房间浴室设施的维修/更换需求（终点即将关闭的水龙头和排水渠生锈）。请仔细阅读说明房间的位置在预订时，我们认为我们有一用一对钻石的头，如同前一年相同的观点的余地，但在抵达时发现酒店的对面自己仍然是一个优美的景色... ，只是不是我们认为我们都拿到。
