Everyone was friendly and accomodating. The room was comfortable and noise was not a factor

Friendly staff, on site restaurant and indoor pool for the kids. Location is OK, Gatlinburg traffic is rough to handle on weekends. Nice facility overall, clean comfortable room and very relaxing stay.
