Was a very nice hotel, will be staying there again in the future.
Needed more chairs in pool area, not a lot of seats for the amount of people that stay in the hotel.

Information at front desk/lobbby about New Years eve trolley schedule was not accurate and caused our guest great inconvience.

Most beautiful setting for a hotel and beautiful building. Trolley stop makes it convienent to attractions.
Hard to find a good parking place.

Restaurant food & staff were excellent.
Room and view were beautiful.
Left Hotel at 10am returned at 5pm - room still not cleaned. Beds were made after we called desk but waste baskets were not emptied.
Staff attitudes varied from extremely helpful to "don't bother me."

Everything was clean! The pool area was great! Loved the location in the mountains! And the chocolate chip cookies were awesome!!

The location was perfect, with great views and close to the National Park and down town Gatlinburg, but in its own beautiful area.
