The staff treat you with genuine authentic friendliness and care. It's not corporate training it's part of the culture of the maritimes. You feel as bough they genuinely care about you and you about them. The restaurant was exceptional. The chef was friendly and visits the tables to chat. The food was amazing. They seemed to treat special requests as an opportunity to please you and then did so. This place was the real deal.

Food was great. Facilities & staff were great.
Hallway noise was too intrusive in the room. There needs to be an inner door to dampen it.

I went there with my 86 year old mother. Everyone was so helpful and kind. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a restaurant which we ate at and didn't have to go out. My Mom has mobility isuses. The food was excellent. Plan on going there again.

The staff was very courteous and considerate. We were given a riverside room which enhanced our experience. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for New Years eve.

The staff was very attentive. The food in the pub (main restaurant was closed when we went to eat) was excellent- great atmosphere as well.
