The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

I am hadicapped and in a wheelchair. I was unable to eat in the hotel resturant because it is not to Federal/State standards for wheelchair accessibility. There were steps to enter the restaurant but no ramp. Also very few handicapped parking spots. Hotel bar has very limited choices in beers, only 3 on tap. Unable to get chilled beer glasses because we were told the the fridge for them was broken. I asked that the general manager to contact me, and he/she has yet to call me. Very displeased over this.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
