Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Fayetteville

I ordered room service and the food was good. The server was also very nice and professional.

There was a group of people a few doors down from mine that became very loud starting around 1100 in the evening (talking loudly in the middle of the hall and repeatedly slamming the doors). I called downstairs to complain to the hotel staff and was told they would speak with them. Around 1230 I had to call again because the noise continued. Finally, around 1:00 a.m. the noise began to lessen where I could go to sleep. While the staff was nice when I called to complain, it didn't seem they were very effective. My obvious annoyance was that I paid good money for a good nights rest which I unfortunately did not receive, and as a result was very tired when I got up early the next morning to continue my drive.

We visited with relatives. This hotel was far from where our relatives live. The pool was shut down. That cool swim we were hoping for never happened. The front desk could have been more welcoming. The cooky was good. The hotel could use a redo. Our room was clean.

Easy access from I-95, great location to nearby restaurants and venue attended. Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, great amenities. Would stay here again.
