No staff member was standing around. They all seemed to be working hard at their jobs. Breakfast was very organized and well done.

It was a little pricier that we liked.

We were visiting relatives and in town for one evening. Our first time staying at the Hyatt. We were very pleased with everything. We would come back and recommend your hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfast food!.

Yes, after returning from visiting at 10:00 p.m. we had a drink at the bar and food from the menu. Although, your staff personnel was really wonderful in treating us well and making sure we were taken care of with our needs, he was alone the entire time we were there. We discovered that not only did he have to attend to the desk, answer the numerous phone calls, get our drinks, get our food (which we think he might have had to also fix based on the time he was gone) but he also had to wait on two others waiting nearby and check in two other individuals too! We felt this was far too much for one person on that shift. He did so with courtesy, manners and patience but it made many others wait, including us but we were okay with it.

We were very please the minute we arrived. The lobby has a very pleasant atmosphere and the personnel are very courteous. Our room was very comfortable and clean with plenty of space, and nice furnishings. We had a very nice stay and will certainly return when we are in the area again.
