Friendly staff (except for the taciturn/non-talkative shuttle driver). Staff were very helpful. Shuttle/taxi service to Premium Outlet was truly appreciated. The room was comfortable.
The aircon in the room was a bit too noisy to be left on all night. I guess the location of the Inn was ok if you wanted to go to the Premium Outlet shops or go the other way down into Seattle, but there wasn't much in the immediate vicinity.

Easy access to freeway and downtown Everett.
Shower head gave weak showers and the tub had space underneath and felt like it was ready to break through.

We stayed on the I-5 side of the hotel and it was fairly noisy with the traffic at night - having said that we did choose the hotel because of its closeness to the highway for our travel ease.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. Everything was nice looking, clean, and very cushy. Despite being in an ugly area right next to a freeway, our room was quiet and comfortable.
We used the tiny Jacuzzi, which felt too intimate with another couple we didn't know and was unfortunately right next to the small swimming pool, where numerous children splashed us unintentionally but repeatedly. The restroom/shower/locker room next to the pool/gym area had a very dangerously slippery floor, and I slipped and nearly fell down 3x getting the mandatory shower.

Renovation nicely done, bed comfortable and convenience to family.
Upon enterimg, room was very cold. Turned on heater and left it on while visitimg family. Upon return room was warmer but still cold.
I was cold during nigt and should have asked for an additional blanket. Heating system not that good. I'm a sevior citizen and feel the cold more. Room also ought to be heated when expecting a guest to arrive.
