Well-appointed rooms, particularly good lighting, good bed.

Very noisy location, and on a hot night the choice is between noisy air conditioning and noisy outside.

Breakfast was the worst we have encountered in a motel/hotel--only limited bread products and apples. We went elsewhere to eat.

The person at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful. The location was nice. The bed was very comfortable.

One day our room was not cleaned at all! And our toilet was not cleaned the whole time we were there!!! I told the front desk at check out. I really think we should have been reimbursed for at least one (1) day as we stayed five (5) nights and never got our toilet cleaned!

The bedding, furniture ,equipment and cleanness matches a 3-star hotel.

The night was not busy yet we were assigned the worst location room at the outer most edge with one wall slanted and worst parking stall in front, yet We arrived early (as required at 3 P.M. as the earliest check in time)). It doesn't seem reasonable to us at all. 2. The content of continent breakfast was poor. We had stayed at the 2-star motel before, by comparison, they had what Campus Inn served and plus more, like cereal, milk, served a better continental breakfast. We had a very hopeful heart to try out once at your hotel and thought may be we can stay there during our future visits, but, sorry, we were disappointed by these.

The location was convenient as it was within walking distance to where I wanted to be.

The only thing I would change is the plastic mattress and pillow covers...they were a bit noisy and a bit sticky.

Our room was icy cold when we arrived (January 3, 2013) and it was hard for us to get it to a comfortable temperature. We stayed at the same place in the winter of 2012 and didn't have that problem. I'm not sure we would risk staying there again.

Very friendly staff, helped open card key door lock w/o my request. Enjoyed lite buffet in morning. Outdoor spa was relaxing, however was that a video camera on the rooftop watching for spa intruders? Or was that just a weather box?

If camera watching for intruders please place signage to allow invited guests their option for complete privacy. Also make fence higher on West side to avoid viewing from building next door, yet allowing sunshine to warm spa terrace.

Proximity to Downtown Eugene, 5th Street Market, Voodoo Doughnuts, etc (not to mention Sweet Basil).

If anyone uses the "Hot Water" air pot for coffee, which seems to be an almost inevitable oversight at many hotels I frequent, it will impart old coffee aroma to the hot water, and to tea. It requires a substantial scrubbing effort to remove the residual coffee oil, but untainted water is essential for tea-making.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and not only had an excellent recommendation for a restaurant within walking distance when I asked, but also had a coupon for a free appetizer there. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. The Continental breakfast was decent, and the coffee was good.
