Above ground room. I can sleep with the windows AND curtains open and still have privacy. Actually enjoyed be awakened by the rising sun not the wake up call.

The parking is still not the best.

The lodge was easy to find and well located. The staff was very helpful in finding resteraunts and a church for us. Would use this facility again when in the area.

It was close to places to eat and not hard to find off the freeway.

Yes, we were on the second floor and no elevator. We are in our 80's and had a hard time carrying our things up the stairs to our room.

Hotel is plain and simple, but very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful. For example, they switched our room to the ground floor after we indicated that we could not carry our bags to third. They also offered to carry the bags for us.

Not too much.

It was unclean. The hotel was in a bad area. Looked very old and outdated. Shower curtain rod was falling off. Very unpleasant experience.
