The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was great in their service when we arrived and left. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and we appreciated the pet friendly atmosphere.

The location was very nice. Also the continental breakfast was a surprise.
The front desk was not helpfull at all! They had no idea and no clue as to what was going on in Elko (their home town) during the time I was staying there.
Example:
1. There was (and has been for many years) a International Basque Festival that one front desk worker had never herd about.
2. I was looking at going to a movie, a different front desk person told me the wrong theater location (that I got from a paper in the lobby). It was actually in a different town 3 hours away!

Really average motel. Can do better in Elko for the same money
Very run-down and tired - rugs, furniture, etc.
WiFi not reliable - kept disconnecting.
Continental breakfast really average. Not much selection, hot water not hot, tea selection negligible.

Goed hotel. Schoon.
Kamer aan de voorzijde is s-nachts rumoerig vanwege passerend vrachtverkeer en de treinen. Vraag een kamer aan de achterzijde.hadden wij niet aan gedacht.

It was a pleasant stay and convenient
There were some men smoking right ourside the front door. You should post a sign telling them to go farther away from the entrance.

It was a quiet location with plenty of parking. Nighttime staff was very accommodating. Helped us get a replacement remote when we could not locate the one that was in the room.
We had to wait about 15 minutes for a staff member in the morning when we were ready to check out. He was in the other building for some reason.
