Ideal location on the main street opposite principal tourist sites. Easy access to station and both local and long distance buses. Room was clean and compact with a comfortable bed. The restaurant is quite spacious overlooking the Scott memorial with plenty of room between tables. Meals are standard fare and nicely presented. Children seemed very welcome. There are busy times as this spot seems to be a favourite meeting place for shoppers.
Breakfast was only lukewarm on attending at 8.30am

Great location, we had to up grade ap, without prompt, honest service and fair price.

The great room overlooking the monuments, when the booking was for inner room. With more empty hotel did a nice welcome!
In four nights just put soap and a small bottle of shower gel without resposição.

Room had excellent facilities.Downside was that the room was very warm during the night even though heating was off.We had lunch and breakfast and food was very good. Service was good,staff efficient and freindly.

Check in and check out was swift with no waiting. Food was good.
No control of room temperature.

Comfortable central hotel. All staff very professional and helpful especially reception. Quick and early check-in and loved that after checking out we could leave our suitcases at the hotel and pick them up later. Breakfast excellent and rooms very nice

It is very conveniently located with an excellent view. The food in the restaurant was good. However, there is no air conditioning and it is noisy if you keep the window open at night.

Excellent location, close to "everything".

Fast and efficient check-in & check-out, excellent buffet breakfast, very customer service oriented polite staff.
Room temperature: "heating season" (of the rooms) had apparantly started, and the hotel room temperature was close to +30C without possibility to adjust, "comfort rating" of the stay would have been "very good".
