The desk staff fas great, location...perfect!
The smokers stand within feet of the open door and let smoke go up into lobby and dinning area. FYI cigarets cause cancer!!! I would not come again because of this!

It was so clean and breakfast was lovely...It was my husbands 60th and he has never been to Edinburgh before, we had a lovely time thankyou..

The handy location to everything and ease to walk to the station with our cases.
We found the in room internet keyboard most difficult and sought help and even the young man who came to help agreed it was nigh impossible. I was unable to get on the one in the lobby which always had a face book hogger on it. A little fridge in the room would have been good.

Great location, breakfast varied and good. Friendly welcome.
The rooms are small, the equipment is outdated or even degraded. The bathroom is far from ideal renovated and suddenly does not seem clean.
