Great location.
Breakfast area could not handle the amount of guests. Food was not kept up on breakfast buffet.

We liked the spacious rooms, comfortable bed, large bathroom including jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, kitchenette, delicious breakfast, convenience to city bus with quick service to New York, etc.

In all of my years staying at hotels, this one had the friendliest staff I have ever experienced. The breakfast/dinner went way beyond my expectations. The location is ideal whether headed into Manhattan or being connected to the shopping area/movie theatre. And the towels were not hard as sandpaper- another welcomed surprise.
I stayed there for a week and had problems w/ my sink stopper and heater. The heater blew cool air and when "fixed", it still needed hours to warm up. The sink stopper, I had to ask 3-4 times for it to be fixed and then finally, I figured out how to adjust it and did it myself.

Für amerikanische Verhältnisse war das im Übernachtungspreis enthaltene Frühstück ausgezeichnet.
Lärmbelästigung durch die Eismaschine direkt neben dem Zimmer sowie massive Lärmbelästigung durch die Auslassöffnungen der Klimaanlage sowie Küchenabluft direkt neben dem Zimmer auf dem Flachdach. Der Straßenverkehrslärm war trotz geschlossener Fenster im Zimmer hörbar.
