Beausejour Hôtel Appartements

Staff very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Very pleased and would recommend it.

The only drawback was the lack of elevator. Our room was on the third floor which made it more challenging for seniors.

The shuttle was very helpful to get back to the airport in the morning and the man driving was really friendly and helpful.

It was a little big just for one person, if there were smaller rooms I would have liked to know about them.

Upgraded accommodation and free parking is a very nice touch and was greatly appreciated. Love the fact that there are balconies in the apartments.

The apartment was very comfortable; spacious even, and they allow pets. We had to be in the area for one week, so we wanted a place with a kitchen. There is a small mall nearby with a terrific grocery store. The building itself is quiet, but is located very close to the airport. You will hear planes throughout the daytime, but at night, they generally stop. It wasn't an issue for us. I would stay here again anytime.

I asked for a studio room and got a two bedroom!

The beds weren't made every day.

Dishes, glasses & cutlery seemed to have a film on them. Some bugs were found on the kitchen counter.

Really I did not like anything at all.

When I arrived I was told that there was no elevator and I was booked into a room on the second floor. I tried to change to one on the first floor but there did not have one available. I have severe arthritis and they got someone to help me carry my bags upstairs. The parking is relegated to the rear of a nearby building and is not secure. The lights in the apartment can't be over 20 watts and it was dark and dingy. there was plaster ealing off the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. As oon as I tried to go to bed my sinuses became completely blocked and I could not breathe. There must have been mold in the bedroom as the longer I lay there the worse my breathing became. I spent the night without getting a minute of sleep and at 3:30 in the morning I got on line and booked myself into another hotel for the next two nights in Montreal. The purpose of my stay was to accompany my father to the Montreal General Hospital for heart surgery so I was up and out of the hotel by 5:15 on Friday morning. As soon as possible late that morning I called the Beausejour to inform them that I would be checking out as soon as I returned from the hospital. When I arrived to check out the person who was supposed to help me cary my luggage back down to my car was hurried and told me that he had somewhere to go and could not help me. I commplained to the woman in the office and she instructed hinm to help me. I found the hotel to be way below par in cleanliness, furnishings and whatever else we all expect to find in a hotel. I would NEVER stay there again.
