The rooms were clean and fresh, the staff was courteous and friendly.
It would be nicer if breakfast was complimentary.

We love the location.
We always stay at this location but this time we had no heat in our room. It was late December so therefore it is winter. When I explained to the desk clerk that we had no heat she really did not care. Told us the air had probably been set for a previous guest. No apology was offered or anything. I was really blown off. I was extremely disappointed.
