I LOVE the comfort and the silence in the rooms. The rooms are VERY clean! I especially liked the free shuttle to the concert! IHowever, I could not get room service at *:00 a.m. on a weds morning. I only wanted a piece of cheescake and I told them this. Sad because I never order room service and I was very hungry but did not want to get up. I was at a Hilton and I guess I just exoected that they would bring it to my room. The rest of the stay was awesome!
