We really enjoyed the bellman Christopher. He really brightened our trip and was very welcoming. Christopher was the highlight of our trip. The place was very clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable. The food was very delicious..
The front desk reps were not very happy or welcoming. The mini bar in the hotel room was dissapointing knowing if you barely touched it you would get charged.

LOVELY SURROUNDINGS, WALKWAY TO CASINO, BREAKFAST AREA, NICE PEOPLE ON STAFF
I WAS THERE DURING THE WATER TRAGEDY AND DID NOT GET TO USE THE SPA, POOL, OR HAVE MEALS THERE. THAT WAS NO ONE'S FAULT. WHAT WAS DISAPPOINTING WAS THE TIGHT MACHINES IN THE CASINO. THE ONE OR TWO WINNERS I SAW HAD TO PLAY $2 OR MORE A PULL TO WIN. I WON'T COME BACK UNLESS THERE IS A TOTAL CHANGE IN THE PAY-OUTS AND/OR BETTER MACHINES ON THE FLOOR. MOST OF MY FAVORITES WERE NOT TO BE FOUND. (EXAMPLE "THREE KINGS" AND "BUFFALO")

The people were very nice and the hotel was very clean which means a lot to me. I also liked the complementary breakfast which was very good, and a chef would cook your eggs personally.

Location to the casino. Helpful and friendly staff.
The rooms are not very sound proof. There was hair on the show walls and the tub.

We liked the room as we stayed there earlier this year. The staff we very friendly. Everyone that we came in contact with were nice and greeted you with good morning or whatever the time of day was and this also included the cleaning staff. The morning buffet is one of the best that I have gone to. We look forward to staying there again many more times in the future. Thanks for the great time that we had. Ray & Kay Chokov
