The convenience of the hotel, casino & dogtrack being in the same building. The fool at all of the restaurants was excellent!
The bathroom door in our room needs some WD-40, it has a terrible squeek.

Very comfortable room; very nice bathroom amenities (brand/scent of so as o, etc.); nice breakfast
I'd prefer that they still had coffee makers and fridges in room; though fresh coffee on the floor each morning was nice.

Rooms are very clean with all amenities. Most of the staff very friendly (see below) Love it that entire hotel casino are smoke-free!
We have found on each occasion that breakfast is the low point of our stay. This time it was the surly omelet-maker. It would be nice to have a friendly person in that position!

Beautiful hotel - well designed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Love the buffet breakfast. We ate the seafood buffet Saturday night and really enjoyed it. The clean up crew in the restaurant was a little too eager. When we got up to get more food, they cleaned the table and had someone else sitting there. Our server was very apologetic and found us another table. Slots were interesting and fair. We won some and lost some. We live in NC and will make the trip again some time.
We were disappointed that there was only a cash bar refrigerator in the room. Front desk said to use ice bucket. This was very inconvenient. Also the one ply toilet paper was uncomfortable. We arrived around 2:30p and were told we had to wait until 4:00 to check in. We wanted to rest before going to the casino but couldn't rest until later. Otherwise, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well and room was clean.
