The Mgr. & also Melissa was very pleasant, friendly & courtious. the children just loved seeing the bird. would go again.
I would suggest installing a fan in the bathroom

The staff was very friendly & couteous. loved the birds, the breakfast was good. the mgr. walked @ outside checking on the hotel & saw that there are video cameras. great location
Found 1 black bug (@ 1/2" long on bed sheets - (do not know if it was a cockroach) the carpets were dirty. (walked @ in the room in white socks & the bottoms were black) the walls were dirty @ the refrigerator & microwave.
