Everything was perfect. Great location and great service. We were able to upgrade our room for a minimal cost.

Only thing that was negative was it took a while for the shower to have hot water, but it is an old hotel.

Ms. Spears, at check in, was very helpful. She made the effort to accommodate a request for a room change that made the stay much more enjoyable for my fellow traveler and me. Concierge service streamlined our schedule and arrangements. The Concierge was always knowledgeable and effective. Housekeeping staff on the floor were accommodating and welcoming. Altogether, a very pleasant ambience with a customer-is-always-right feeling. I shall return.

I was somewhat chagrined that guest wifi was not included with the room. I have not traveled in some time, so I am not familiar with how this accommodation is handled in the hospitality industry.
