The room could have used a full-length mirror. Also, on sun. Night when we got back to our room, there were people and boxes all over the hallway, and they were moving furniture out of the rm. next to us to make a movie.They stood in the hall talking loudly and in the room for a long period of time and it was distracting.

I loved our room and the viw over the lake and fountain. The only thing , our room was very warm and couldn't seem to adjust the temperature to get cooler air. Otherwise, the room was very clean, comfortable bed. Very nice. We always stay there when we're in Chicago. Love it, love it , love it!

The room was large , clean and neat and we had a fabulous view out the windows of Chicago. It was close to our son's dorm. We were well satisfied.
Parking was expensive , I was not happy about that.
