We forgot a kindle tablet in bed and the maid found it and we were called. We really appreciate her honesty and quick response. We went right back and picked it up. Thank you
The pool was warm and enjoyable. In January it was only 80 degrees which is way too cold. We stay there whenever we have to stay in Cheyenne which has been four times this year so far.

The room was quiet, the water pressure in the shower was great. The gym was decent. The staff was friendly and responsive.
One of my pillow cases was dirty- with dried mucous and long dark hair. There was no hot water in the morning- I had to take my showers at night to have warm water which was an inconvenience.

The staff were very helpful at the front desk---suggestions for certain types of food nearby, etc.
Computer systems were problematic at check in and required significant wait.
Facilities are a bit run down---bath tub was narrow and a bit difficult to use due to slipping hazard.
Breakfast was very average---buffet was not so good---ordering from kitchen (with buffet) required more effort and was less desirable and more expensive than just ordering from the menu---would not eat there again.

I have stayed there a number of times, and it has always been fine. This time they put me on the first floor just down from the nighttime drunk entry, I got almost no sleep. Rough because I was preforming at Depot Days both days.
I was more than exhausted and then had to drive back to Denver.
