We forgot a kindle tablet in bed and the maid found it and we were called. We really appreciate her honesty and quick response. We went right back and picked it up. Thank you
The pool was warm and enjoyable. In January it was only 80 degrees which is way too cold. We stay there whenever we have to stay in Cheyenne which has been four times this year so far.

The room was quiet, the water pressure in the shower was great. The gym was decent. The staff was friendly and responsive.
One of my pillow cases was dirty- with dried mucous and long dark hair. There was no hot water in the morning- I had to take my showers at night to have warm water which was an inconvenience.

El personal era muy servicial en la recepción --- sugerencias para ciertos tipos de comida cercanos, etc
Los sistemas informáticos son un problema en el registro y espera significativa requerida. Las instalaciones son un poco deteriorado --- bañera era estrecho y un poco difícil de usar debido a el riesgo de resbalones. El desayuno era muy normal --- buffet no era tan bueno --- pedido de la cocina (con buffet) requiere más esfuerzo y es menos deseable y más caros que un simple pedido en el menú --- no comer allí de nuevo.

I have stayed there a number of times, and it has always been fine. This time they put me on the first floor just down from the nighttime drunk entry, I got almost no sleep. Rough because I was preforming at Depot Days both days.
I was more than exhausted and then had to drive back to Denver.
