Lovely staff , made the stay special

Yes Resturant cold very drafty,had to ask for a cushion, for my back long wait between starter and main meal,when it did arrive my meal was cold, it was taken away, but my husband still had his, they gave us a free bottle of wine,as a sorry as it was my birthday,we were pleased with this until we left,and when asked if everything was ok,we said no to this the waitress replied, you got a free bottle of wine,to which I replied,I would rather have had a hot meal first time round and no free wine,apart from that everything else was fab.

Honestly, nothing!

The surounding were lovely liked where it was near to the town and along the sea front

When we arrived we were sent up to our room, it was not easy to find and when we got to the room we found it must have been the worst room in the hotel the bed had springs coming out the sheet was dirty so i rang reception and complained there was no fuss and we were given another room which was much better. How ever in the morning we were not impressed as not enough food cooked and our table was not cleared not enough staff to cope i dont blame the staff they were doing there best how ever when we went up to our room after breakfast we found a maid already clearing up we were discussted as this was our check out morning we asked her to leave but she could not understand english. On my way out i complained about our treatment

I was very disappointed that the swimming pool was being refurbished, I think it is something they should tell you when booking, as part of our weekend away is to use the spa
