It was in a very convenient location. Access to the major roadways was very easy.

Yes, we requested a move from the second floor to the first floor due to the very noisy groups of young soccer players registered at the hotel. There was a tremendous amount of door slamming, running in the hallways, and yelling by the young people. You actually had a difficult time even hearing the clerk at the front desk. I felt the security should have spoken to the chaperones of the groups. After moving we were placed in a room with a bathroom light that would not turn off. When we asked if there was someone that could check on it, we were told that that was the way the hotel was built! Hmm, no other hotel I have ever stayed at has lights in your room that do not turn off.

Very close to the freeway. Having a small 'lounge' is a feature we enjoy and the hostess / service in the lounge was top notch. I would say 'a bit' pricy' but the room was only a short walk from check in as well as a side entrance from our parked car. Also, the side doors area all secured by room key which is a nice feature.

Breakfast was a bit disjointed. Had to walk past the butter to get the bread then back to the front for the butter then back to the far back to toast the bread. Same kind of thing with the plates. Most everyone was bumping into each other as opposed to a better 'flow' around the area. The mains [i.e. eggs, sausage etc] were cool at best. Still, enjoyed the offering. Coffee was quite good as opposed to the commonly served-from-a-big-urn bitter offering.

Nice room, clean, great breakfast.

When my wife and I checked in I asked the lady checking us in where a good place to eat was. She stated we would need to go back on the freeway (5:30pm on Thursday) and go down another exit. Asked if there was anyplace where we didn't need to get on the freeway, she stated no. Went out, wasted a lot of time, got back and went to the bar and found out they served dinner in the bar a few feet from the front desk. I was extremly upset!! She never mentioned that they serve meals.

The bed was very comfortable and it was quite at night. The breakfast was pretty good.

Was very disappointed after arriving there at the end of a long busy day and looking forward to a hot shower that there was no hot water. When we checked in we were not told that but when we got up to our room and found we had no hot water we called the front desk and they said that the whole building was without hot water and that they were hoping that it would be fixed within a couple of hours. We were so tired that there was no way we could wait that long for a shower. We also found the room very outdated and was disappointed that there was not even a flat screen TV. We were very disappointed that we didn't choose the Marriot inn and Renton for a cheaper price, We should have done that. We were even compensated in any way for the lack of hot water. Probably wouldn't recommend your place to anyone.

Breakfast and design.

The facility is easily accessed. It was clean and well appointed. Staff are friendly and well trained.

The food available is middle-of-the-line. It was fine, but not outstanding. For example, gluten-free options were not available. The coffee was very good, though; as were the tea choices.
