Really, we were just in (LATE!) for overnight before going on the next day, but the staff was friendly & helpful. For it's location, right next to the freeway, the hotel was quiet & very comfortable.
The layout of the second floor was a little confusing.

Very little. Our room was like most Super 8 rooms, adequate, just. It was very hot when we arrived and so we turned on the AC. It worked well but was LOUD.
The halls were very warm and musty smelling. We were uncomfortable the moment we stepped in from the parking lot. The old carpet appeared dirty and used well beyond it's years. The hotel lobby was very small. The breakfast room is divided, with some food (waffles) to be prepared in the breakfast eating area, and most of the (meager) offering in a separate area reached by passing through the registration area. There was not enough room for guests, so my wife and I chose to eat at an area restaurant.

The parking was close to the entrance we needed.....We felt safe
The power went out for quite a while in the night I didn't have a flashlight herd others in the hall complaining worried about my elderly parents next door needing the bathroom during this time and possible falling or tripping not able to have power avail couldn't get back to sleep for a while because of this event

It is so convenient to the interstate. Easy off and back on. There are a lot of eating places in the area. Very nice when you are just passing through on your trip. Very comfortable and clean.
