Main reason for choosing Super 8 by Wyndham Boise: Location
It had a bed and other things that we needed for the two night we were there.
Plug in the sink did not work. Needed towel racks. Staff did not tell us when we checked in about the breakfast and we saw that there was a safe in the room. Did not know who could use it and what it was there for. The window was secured by a wooden dowel. Maybe they could fix the windows with some sort of lock. Had to walk outside around the building in the rain to get to the office. A hallway thru the motel to the rooms would have kept us dry.

The most comfortable beds ever. It was great that there was a refrigerator in the room along with the m-wave and coffee maker.

Heavy doors to stairways, making it hard to balance luggage and open door.

The guy at the front desk was really nice
Breakfast was cold... The lady setting up breakfast put out some biscuits that she said she didn't know if they were ready.. N also we called for more pillows n the lady said she didn't kno if we could get some because they where booked that she would let us know and she never did.

Location, price
Lights did not work. Desk clerk gave us wrong directions. We finally found out they were unplugged at the back of bed. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Fridge was very noisy. Room just "felt" dirty. Desk clerk was all in a "tizzy" in the morning because she couldn't get breakfast going on time. What a fiasco. We have stayed at other Super 8s and been very satisfied. We will not stay here again.

It was easy to find
One bed was nicely made with sheets, blanket... the other bed only had a mattress cover and bedspread... come on couldn't they make 2 beds in one room and we had it reserved for 2 adults and one child so it was obvious that we would be using 2 beds....

I have a foot cast. the man checking us in gave us a convenient room. He had a wonderful atitude. Thanks for breakfast.Easy access to freeway.
Room was full of someone Else's leavings (hair everywhere). Thought the bathroom floors were unclean but just in need of replacement Please revue your menu. The bread is inedible and it would be nice to have bananas with cereal. I know cost is important but this is a major sales point. If I ran this site, I would be on the lookout on how to upgrade the menu
