My wife and I enjoyed the wonderful view of the Inner Harbor.The hotel service was outstanding.
The hotel held $250 on my bank card. I was told the hold would be taken off, when we checked out. Its been four days and the $250 is still being held.

Location, Location location and my harborview room was fantastic
My only problem was when I booked the room I was told it included a breakfast
But at checkin they said I was not entitled to it. I know what I heard but I didn't get it
Other then that, I would not hesitate to book again .

Location is tops. Staff tries very hard.
Check in was a night mare. There was not enough staff to get the rooms ready. The lobby bathroom was a shambles. $40 for valet parking next to a lot that charges $23 is dumb. Top management out to look hard at what's happening. It looks like your living off an excellent reputation.

Location. Parking was good. I especially liked the fact that even though check in was 3pm since we arrived early (10:30)the hotel allowed us to check-in.
I thought Wi-Fi should be free.

Elevator service is horrible. We started taking the stairs going down from the 8th floor to avoid the long lines and numerous overloaded elevators.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

The hotel is very clean and the staff were excellent. For visiting Baltimore, the location is second to none - restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions are all within easy walking distance.
I thought the upcharge for WiFi access was inappropriate. A rate of $400 per night should include access to internet. I would consider the room rate to be an executive rate for an upscale hotel - which this was. However, extra charges for internet access might be considered a money grab.

I loved the staff. Derek who is a bellman was charming. Robert who is a manager was absolutely delightful and reccommended a excellent restaurant, Kali's Court and suggested the limo service which made it an especially memorable evening for my husband and I. Also, Tran the bartender on the 5th Floor was just lovely to talk with and thoughtful. The three of them made my trip to Baltimore a pleasure.
