Main reason for choosing Lord Baltimore Hotel: Location

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpfull. Location was excellent for access to harbour, ballpark, and football stadium.
Parking is off-site, a short walk away. Valet is available but is extra.

I thought the staff at the desk and the greeter were pretty friendly. They gave us the wrong room but resolved it quickly. The hotel was decent for the price.
The hotel bar was abhorrent. The service and food were equally horrible. The trash can in the room was the smallest thing I have ever seen in my life.
